Division Heads:

Bryan Healy – Head of Corporate Sponsorship


Bryan has extensive international experience in sponsorship sales and marketing as well as with stadium and property development commercial strategy.  As part of the Kaelo Worldwide Media executive management team and Head of KWM’s Sponsorship Consultancy, Healy is charged with implementing global sponsorship best practices and strategy into KWM consulting to develop world class strategic business and marketing programs for all of KWM’s corporate and commercial clients.  In addition Bryan will oversee the newly formed international partnership between KWM and Helios Partners and look to establish relationships with other leading international companies and properties.
Kelvin Watt – Strategic Director


Kelvin has over 15 years at the forefront of the South African sport and sponsorship industry having been at MegaPro Marketing for 10 years where he left as commercial director in 2000. 

In that year he founded Sporting Frontiers South Africa which after an MBO in 2005 became Kaelo Worldwide Media.

He has a strong understanding of the socio-political landscape of Africa which is evident through the creation and ongoing delivery of the only multimedia campaign on Corporate Social Responsibility, involving over 30 Blue Chip local and international sponsors. Proven strategic, operational and creative abilities combine with in-depth experience of sponsorship, broadcast and stadium marketing and an ability to drive a vision and deliver results. 

Kelvin is a Director of Kaelo Cause and Brand Communications, Sports Marketing Surveys SA, Kaelo International and The Look Company SA.

Sandile Koza – Managing Director


Sandile joined Frontiers Group in 2001 as a shareholder and director in charge of new business. He has been instrumental in developing the business to a leading specialist sponsorship, CSR and broadcast agency.
His experience spans strategic sponsorship consulting, broadcast sponsorship and sponsorship implementation and leveraging across a broad spectrum of major South African clients including SAB, Metropolitan, SABC, Nike SA and Discovery.
 
In 2004, Sandile Koza and Kelvin Watt formed SK Media Investment Holdings a BEE media investment company which today owns shares in Kaelo Worldwide Media, Kaelo PR, Sports Marketing Surveys SA, The Pixel Foundry, The Look Company SA and Kaelo International.

Sandile took over the reigns of Kaelo Worldwide Media as MD in March 2006.
He is Chairman of Sports Marketing Surveys SA and a board member of Kaelo PR, Kaelo International, The Look Company SA  and The Pixel Foundry. 
Yogavelli Nambiar-Varma – Head of CSR Consultancy


Having worked for six years as a PR and communications specialist within multinational corporations in South Africa, Yogi spent the next seven years in India implementing social upliftment programmes during which she worked closely with corporates to improve the efficacy of their community involvement.  As Head of the CSR consultancy division, Yogi is charged with assisting companies to formulate and implement CSR strategies, integrate their CSR campaign across the business and ensure measurable and sustainable results. 

In addition, Yogi oversees the strategic direction of the Kaelo Stories of Hope multimedia platforms while ensuring that the purpose of communicating best practices and furthering social change is achieved.
